The Five Oaks Homeowners Association has three committees that are appointed by the Board of Directors for managing special areas of interest. These are: The Architectural Review Committee, The Community Awareness Committee and the Social Committee. A short description of each committee follows.
Architectural Review Committee
The Architectural Review Committee is comprised of 5 members who are responsible for reviewing all requests for both changes to the exterior of your home or landscaping. This includes but is not limited to: home additions, decks, patios, fences, and swing sets as well as planting of trees, shrubs and landscape beds. The ARC meets once per month to review requests.
