Architectural and Landscape Change Requests

Any changes or additions to the exterior of your home require approval from the Five Oaks Architectural Review Committee.  You will need to submit a request and receive approval prior to beginning your project. 

The ARC Request Form is below.  Please complete it and email to 5oakshoa@gmail.com.  Refer to the ARC guidelines to determine what needs to be submitted. We will review your submission for accuracy prior to submitting to the ARC.  The ARC meets to review submissions once a month on the first Tuesday of each month.
